Position Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in building lean processes from the ground up and will be proficient in value stream mapping and process mapping. This role requires a fast learner who can adapt quickly to new challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Operations leaders to build the Court program from the ground up.

Create detailed value stream maps to identify current and future states and opportunities for improvement.

Create standard work SOPs for processes built
-
Transform process maps into effective task set designs

Test IT solutions to ensure processes function as intended

Transition to improving and measuring processes post-program build to ensure effectiveness and scalability, while monitoring performance and providing regular reports to management.

Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues, implementing Lean corrective measures as needed.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Serve as a Process Engineer for other areas of the business, developing and improving lean processes to reduce non-value added activities.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, including process design and implementation

Experience designing and implementing new manufacturing processes due to new product designs or new facility development

Ability to effectively identify waste while performing process analysis (required

Experience performing time studies (physically and virtually)

Proficiency in value stream mapping and process mapping techniques.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Fast learner with a proactive approach to tackling new challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment deploying Lean.
-
Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques.
