Position Purpose
The Intake Manager is responsible for the office's daily operations. They support the Intake and Client Success teams to reach their full potential and ensure a red-carpet experience for each client in their office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Develop a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for your local office

Ensure office open and close checklists are completed daily

Oversee office personnel – Intake Office Coordinators and Intake Specialists

Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of 4-6 Intake Specialists

Creating employee work schedules and ensuring that all employees take their appropriate breaks

Managing and ordering office supplies

Tracking sales goals, reporting results, and overseeing the activities and performance of the intake team

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Conduct ongoing training to develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or political science. 4 or more years of experience may substitute for a degree.

2 years prior work experience leading a team in a similar field

Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Compensation
- $60,0000-$62,400 per year + bonus
