Position Purpose  

The Intake Assistant Manager is responsible for helping the location Manager with the day-to-day operations of the office. They support the Intake team to reach their full potential and ensure a red-carpet experience for each client in their office.  

  

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities  

  • Develop a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls for the local office 

  • Ensure office open and close checklists are completed daily  

  • Oversee office personnel – Intake Office Coordinators and Intake Specialists  

  • Motivate, and advise a team of Intake Specialists  

  • Side by side selling with Intake Specialists 

  • Ensuring that all employees take their appropriate breaks and lunches   

  • Help track sales goals, reporting results, and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team  

  • Help develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education 

  • Travel to other offices to offer support as needed

Minimum Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Political Science. Four or more years of experience may substitute for a degree 

  • Two years prior work experience leading a team in a similar field  

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
