The Sign-Up Coordinator will be responsible for beginning the next steps of the client case following a signed contract. This role involves working closely with new clients to obtain biographical information via phone call, as well as setting up the new case in the case management system to flow to other departments. This candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, as well as have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once. 

 

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday 2 pm- 11 pm EST & Saturday 10 am - 7 pm EST

Pay Rate: $6.25/hr

  

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities 

  • Following an intake appointment and a signed contract, responsible for meeting with clients via telephone to begin the next steps in the legal process 

  • Obtain biographical information from clients via phone call and register it on case management system. 

  • Set up a folder in the case management system for each new client to facilitate organization and collection of client documents by other teams  

  • Review required documents needed for the immigration process with the client and update in spreadsheet 

  • Disposition tasks in the case management system to allow other departments to action on next steps 

  • May assist with answering or directing any initial questions that clients have to appropriate departments 

  • Schedule client appointments with additional departments via calendar scheduling system 

  • Confirm payment method for monthly credit card payments. Responsible for ensuring appropriate card handling security procedures.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bilingual (Spanish English) B2 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
