Position Purpose 

The Legal Clerk performs multiple administrative tasks to support the   
Paralegal, RFE and Attorney team with the physical aspects of the case flow that   
occur on a daily basis.  

 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities 

  • Print cases to submit to USCIS, send paperwork to clients to receive client signature, and coordinate any corrections needed.  
  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail  
  • System client updates including notifying of case submission, case receipts, other   
    documents received from USCIS, case update letters, etc.  
  • Assist with filing, copying, other administrative tasks

  • Ability to work independently and proactively  
  • Computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management  
    - Dropbox, Email - MS Outlook) 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience with previous   
    experience in a Law Firm is a plus.  
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus; not required

Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM EST

Pay Range: $19.00/hr.-$20.00/hr.
