Position Purpose

The Virtual Business Development Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the business development team and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline our operational processes. This individual is responsible for influencing and supporting team members to ensure a Red Carpet experience is provided to all our clients. This team member is responsible for driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that our business development initiatives align with our organizational goals.

 

 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

·           Provide support and influence to the Business Development team members by overseeing processes, sharing ideas for process improvement and ensuring a consistent experience for all clients

·           Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the business development process

·           Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of strategies and adjust or share recommendations provided by BD team members

·           Review, analyze and share performance and metrics to Team and Group Leads, highlighting progress and areas for improvement

·           Collaborate with other departments (Virtual Phone Team, Intake Support, Intake Retentions, Virtual Contract team, and Intake Specialists) to support them with operational processes and issues.

·           Serves as a liaison between BD and the Project Management team to introduce new ideas or initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operational costs

·           Attend bi-weekly or weekly team meetings facilitated by Team and Group Leads to ensure that metrics and data is being presented clearly and consistently

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

·           Possesses excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

·           Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves and influence others

·           Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail

·           Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·           Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software

 

Minimum Qualifications

·           Bilingual (Spanish English) B2

·           2-3 years of relevant experience leading or influencing team members

·           Demonstrated capability of LEAN processes in a manufacturing setting

·           LSS certification preferred

·           Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

·           High school diploma or equivalent experience
