Position Purpose 

The Declaration & Forms Review Associate will support with reviewing immigration applications and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations and timely submission. This individual sends all forms to the client through the signature capture system and follows up with them to ensure agreement and signature. The Associate ensures that the client agrees with all documentation, form particulars, and content in the declaration before the client electronically signs. Additionally, the candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.  

 

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 2 pm to 11 pm EST and Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm EST

Pay rate: $6.20 / hr

 

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities 

  • Utilize the client’s draft packet to prepare subpackets using merge, combine, highlight, and edit functions on Adobe Acrobat. Send subpackets both physically and electronically to the client. 

  • Complete a scan of the declaration and forms documents to ensure they are the correct documents prior to sending to client 

  • Contact clients to obtain electronic signatures based on queue cases. Follow-up once the client has had a window to review and sign. May be responsible for assisting or troubleshooting any issues during this process 

  • Make all corrections advised by the client. Follow SOP to ensure that appropriate individuals are notified of requested changes based on scope or impact of change. 

Verify and collect any additional information from the client that may be needed to make corrections or changes to documents 

  • Maintain accurate records of all applications and communications for the client in the case management system 

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities 

  1. Possesses excellent bilingual (English and Spanish) interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal 

  1. Strong customer service skills 

  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  

  1. Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves

Minimum Qualifications 

  1. Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1 

  1. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 

  1. Proficient in utilizing Adobe Acrobat 

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent experience required 

  1. Previous experience in social work, psychology, clinical psychology, or related field preferred
